A WWE Hall of Famer has opened up about their relationship with Sting following a shoutout on AEW television.
Kevin Nash and Sting shared the WCW locker room when Nash and Scott Hall joined the company in 1996.
Their paths would cross again when Nash joined TNA Wrestling.
Nash reflected on his history with Sting on the recent episode of Kliq This, saying:
“He took really good care of me when I was a jabroni. He’s always been my friend. There are guys that are your friends, and there are guys who are your friends because they’re in the business, and Steve was always a friend. He found Christ and he’s in a great place in his life right now.”
Kevin Nash wasn’t the only person that Sting would namecheck while confronting MJF on the April 13 episode of AEW Dynamite.
Sting would also mention Ric Flair, Scott Hall and Cody Rhodes while mocking MJF.
