Kurt Angle Reveals His Dream WWE Opponents WWE

A WWE Hall of Famer has faced some of the biggest names in the business but recently revealed two dream opponents.

Speaking on his The Kurt Angle Show (subscription required), the four-time WWE Champion discussed an opponent he had only faced in a dark match, saying:

“Owen Hart would’ve been great but I did wrestle him.

“Unfortunately, it was a dark match, and I don’t even think they recorded it.”

He would then go on to name an opponent that he had never got to face in the form of Bret “The Hitman” Hart, saying:

“I would say [for a dream match] his brother Bret Hart.

“I’ve always wanted to wrestle Bret since I started in my career.

“I know Bret always wanted to wrestle me.

“I think that would’ve been one of the greatest matches of all time, definitely Bret Hart.”

Kurt Angle performed for WWE from 1998 to 2006.

He would go on to sign with TNA in 2006, remaining with the company until 2016.

He would also appear in NJPW, AAA and tour the independent wrestling circuit.

He was last seen on WWE Raw recreating the famous milk truck spot as part of his birthday celebrations.
