WWE Legend Compares Four Horsemen To The Bloodline WWE

Following their recent title win on SmackDown, WWE legend Lex Luger has compared the Four Horsemen stable to The Bloodline.

On the August 2 edition of Friday Night SmackDown, The Bloodline’s Jacob Fatu and Tama Tonga defeated DIY to win the WWE Tag Team Championships.

The new leader and “Tribal Chief” of the group, Solo Sikoa, then went on to headline the SummerSlam event against Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes in a Bloodline Rules Match. The bout saw the return of former Undisputed WWE Universal Champion and “The Original Tribal Chief” Roman Reigns.

In a new interview with Busted Open Radio, former WCW Heavyweight Champion Lex Luger stated that he thinks The Bloodline might not be able to compared to some factions of the past like The Four Horsemen. He said:

“I think [the Four Horsemen] had longevity. We’re kinda one of the original factions that really, really got over.”

On the many advantages The Bloodline has over those legendary stables, Luger said:

“Those guys [The Bloodline], the way those island boys…can work…”

“The way they move, they have a fierceness and a fire that you can’t train a guy to have, and with The Rock involved…he’s gonna at least go through [WrestleMania] next year,”

“They’re gonna go down as the greatest faction ever, in my opinion.”

Lex Luger is one of the few former Four Horsemen members who has not been inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.
