There has been a decent amount of talk as of late about which WWE legends would sign new deals with the company. One of those legends has been Ric Flair. Reports circled yesterday that Flair had left the company. While that may have been true at the time, things have now changed.
Now, that talk can be put to rest as Flair has revealed he has signed a new deal. He made the announcement on Twitter, proclaiming to be with WWE then, now, and forever.

Flair is, of course, the father of current NXT Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair. He has often appeared on WWE programming as part of segments with his daughter. He was a prominent figure in her early heel run in 2015-16 but has also appeared as a babyface in more heartwarming segments as well.
It is unclear how long this contract is but WWE has been content to sign people to long contracts to keep them from appearing elsewhere. This would likely indicate the deal would be between three and five years.
A documentary on Flair will air on the WWE Network next month.
