WWE Legend Confirms He’ll Be At WrestleMania 39 WWE

WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle has confirmed his status for WrestleMania 39 in April.

With WrestleMania 39 set to emanate from California’s SoFi Stadium, WWE is reportedly wanting to have some notable names appear at the Hollywood-themed show.

Speaking on his Kurt Angle Show podcast, Angle noted that he plans to attend one of the nights of WrestleMania.

Confirming that he will be working on a WWE project during WrestleMania week, Angle said:

“Right now, my flight plans leave Sunday morning. I’ll watch the first half of WrestleMania. I might stay and extend my flight to the next day, but I want to watch Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes because I believe he’s going to win the title.

I’m doing an appearance for WrestleCon. I believe I’m going to do some stuff for WWE as well. I plan on going to WrestleMania for one day. I’m really excited about it. This is the first WrestleMania I’ve gone to in a while.”

WWE usually films Peacock/WWE Network projects with legends in the lead-up to major premium live events, such as Table for Three and Steve Austin’s Broken Skull Sessions.

Angle notably retired at a WrestleMania event, with his final match taking place at WrestleMania 35 against Baron Corbin.

Cody Rhodes is currently slated to face Roman Reigns for the WWE Undisputed Universal Championship at WrestleMania 39.

This bout could change before then, with Reigns set to defend his gold against Sami Zayn at Elimination Chamber.
