WWE Backstage Reaction To Liv Morgan & Dominik Mysterio Working Together Revealed

The backstage reaction to Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio’s work as a duo following SummerSlam has been revealed.

Ahead of SummerSlam, there was a lot of speculation about who Dirty Dom would choose to side with.

Dominik ultimately chose to side with Liv Morgan, helping her to retain her WWE Women’s World Championship during her match against Rhea Ripley at the August 3 pay-per-view.

The post-SummerSlam Raw episode gave fans our first proper look at Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan as a partnership, as the duo attempted to evade Rhea Ripley.

The duo also teamed up for a dark match following the August 9 SmackDown episode, joining forces to face off against Kairi Sane and Braun Strowman.

Per PWInsider (via Pro Wrestling Finesse), Morgan and Mysterio got “high marks” for how well they worked and interracted together during this bout.

Interestingly, Kairi Sane pinned Morgan to win the match, fuelling rumors that Sane will be one of Morgan’s next title challengers.
