Scrapped Character Plans For WWE Star Revealed

Scrapped Character Plans For WWE Star Revealed WWE

Find out what one fan favorite WWE star was pitched to return as shortly before being informed that instead he would be a totally different character!

Despite currently titillating the juices of WWE fans’ collective guilty pleasures, there was a big scrapped pitch for Ma.çé before this recent character iteration.

In chatting to METRO, Ma.çé  shared that he was actually initially set to return with a completely different character before receiving a rather surprising call.

With WWE letting him know to go ahead and scrap everything previously discussed because now he was going to be a male model instead.

Ma.çé said:

“I was almost a cyberpunk mercenary, a bounty hunter, an executioner. Axe, hood and all – there’s concept art.’

“They gave me a call and they were like, “All that stuff? Nah! What we’re gonna do is you’re going to be a male model now.” I said, “Great!” They said, ‘You’re going to do it with Mån.sôör’

“I was like, “Even better! Rock and roll!” At the end of the day, we’re God’s greatest clowns, and if you give us anything – in this grand circus of life, we are God’s greatest clowns.”

Ma.çé and Mån.sôör may have been absent from WWE television as of late but that doesn’t mean that they have been forgotten about backstage, in fact quite the opposite.
