WWE Main Event Match Stopped Due To Bloody Injury

A match taped for WWE Main Event prior to last night’s Raw between Sarah Logan and Dana Brooke was stopped midway through due to a bloody injury suffered by the latter.

The injury occurred when Logan threw Brooke head-first into the ring post and she received a large cut above her right eye.

It is a very similar injury to that suffered by Bill Goldberg in his now infamous match against The Undertaker at Super Showdown.

Thankfully, it appears that Brooke did not suffer a concussion or anything other than a laceration above her eye.

However, unlike in the Goldberg match, the referee took the decision to stop the contest so Brooke could receive medical treatment.

As soon as the ref spotted the injury he threw up the ‘X’ sign and the match was stopped. Brooke was then given a towel to put over the cut and walked to the back with WWE doctor Chris Amman.
