WWE Making Change To WWE Championship Match At WWE Day 1?

WWE appears to be making a change to the upcoming WWE Championship match at the WWE Day 1 pay-per-view on New Year’s Day.

This week’s (December 6) episode of Raw opened up with WWE Champion Big E defeating Kevin Owens in a Steel Cage match, before Seth Rollins attacked him.

Following the commercial break, all three men were left laid out by Bobby Lashley, who felt like he should be featured in the championship match at the pay-per-view.

WWE ran an advertisement for next week’s Raw on tonight’s SmackDown show, with the selling point of the show being that Bobby Lashley wants to be added to the championship match at the event.

The match is currently announced to be Big E defending against Kevin Owens and Seth Rollins in a Triple Threat match, but it appears as though the match may turn into a four-way also including Lashley.
