WWE Match Change At SmackDown Taping Revealed WWE

A change made to a match that took place at the November 8 WWE SmackDown taping has now been revealed.

Friday’s SmackDown episode was an eventful one, with Randy Orton taken out by Kevin Owens with a piledriver, and the OG Bloodline reuniting ahead of Survivor Series War Games.

A six-man tag-team dark match took place after the show went off the air, with the reunited Sami Zayn and Jey Uso teaming with WWE Champion Cody Rhodes to face off against Carmelo Hayes, Ludwig Kaiser and Intercontinental Champion Bron Breakker.

Per Fightful Select, this wasn’t the initially planned match. The originally scheduled matches reportedly were Sami Zayn vs. Ludwig Kaiser and Bron Breakker vs. Jey Uso, with Jason Jordan set to produce these bouts.

Fightful noted that Jordan was the producer listed for the eventual six-man tag-team match.

The full producer list from the televised episode was as follows:

Bayley vs. Candice LeRae – Petey Williams

Randy Orton & Kevin Owens – Jamie Noble

DIY vs. Pretty Deadly – Shane Helms

Bianca Belair & Jade Cargill vs. Nia Jax & Tiffany Stratton – Jason Jordan

Motor City Machine Guns vs. A-Town Down Under – Bobby Roode

Solo Sikoa Ceremony – Jamie Noble
