Former WWE Star Jokes About Returning On Raw

A former WWE star that is rumored to possibly be making a return to the company joked about appearing on tonight’s show, well sort of.

After one former WWE star rumored to be making a return to the company featured on Monday Night Raw tonight in stuffed figure form, he hopped on Twitter to note the return.

While Mrs. Cardona (aka Chelsea Green) may be being reported as already signed to WWE and simply awaiting creative opportunity for a return, her husband joked about his return.

Matt Cardona may have gone on to become the King of the Indies after leaving WWE however it hasn’t stopped him from teasing a return to the company.

Posting a screengrab from a crowd shot on tonight’s WWE Raw that featured a fan in attendance proudly displaying their Matt Cardona and Brian Myers Major Wrestling Figure Podcast Major Buddies, Cardona wrote:

“Tonight I returned to @wwe! #WWERAW”

Elsewhere on tonight’s WWE Raw (January 9) there was a big opening segment featuring Kevin Owens, Baron Corbin and the Bloodline.

Also, Alexa Bliss showed off her reinvigorated vicious side before coming face to face with Uncle Howdy for the first time.
