Former WWE Star Comments On Bray Wyatt Tribute In TNA Wrestling

On the September 19 episode of TNA IMPACT, Jeff Hardy sported Bray Wyatt-themed makeup in a backstage segment with Masha Slamovich.

The segment can be seen below this news story with The Hardys and Slamovich teaming to take on The System ( Brian Myers, Eddie Edwards, & Tasha Steelz) in the show’s main event.

Matt Hardy has commented on his brother’s face paint tribute to Bray Wyatt on Twitter, which can be seen below, posting:

“A beautiful homage on #TNAiMPACT”

During a recent episode of The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy, he also revealed that Jeff had wanted to work with Wyatt under his Willow character.

Speaking about the possibility of Willow appearing in TNA Wrestling, Matt Hardy said:

“Willow is something that I think we will see sooner rather than later in TNA because we have had some discussions about that.

“That’s something that Jeff is very passionate about. Much like his music, he’s very passionate about his creation of Willow The Whisp.”

Hardy would go on to reveal that Jeff wanted to do something with Willow and Bray Wyatt, saying:

“That’s something that he really wishes he could’ve done with Bray Wyatt, especially The Fiend.”

Windham Rotunda, known in WWE as Bray Wyatt, passed away on August 24, 2023, at the age of 36.

Jeff Hardy was released from his WWE contract in December 2021 and has previously opened up about the incident that led to his departure.
