Donovan Dijak has shared a message for Tony Khan following Sunday’s AEW Forbidden Door pay-per-view, following recent teases.
With Dijak’s WWE contract expiring on Friday and the star making his first post-WWE appearance on Saturday, the popular star appeared to tease appearing at Sunday’s Forbidden Door event ahead of the show.
While it was later reported that Dijak was backstage at the UBS Arena, The former WWE star ultimately didn’t appear at the AEW pay-per-view event.
Dijak has now taken to Twitter to thank Tony Khan for having him following the event.
Replying to the AEW President’s tweet thanking fans for watching Forbidden Door, Dijak wrote:
Great show man, thanks for having me.
Dijak had previously shared a photo of his signature sunglasses in front of a screen showing Forbidden Door, seemingly backstage at the event.
