Mercedes Mone has teased a big match with a WWE legend on her social media, sharing a post suggesting a ‘dream match’.
In a post on Instagram, ‘Wrestling Galaxy‘ said that:
“This is the dream match we all deserve, make it happen”
The post featured a photo of Mickie James and Mercedes Mone.
Mickie James is currently signed with Impact Wrestling.
Mercedes Mone is signed to New Japan Pro-Wrestling.
This post would catch Mone’s attention and she would share it to her Instagram Stories.
Mickie James had previously extended an invitation to Mone to join her in Impact Wrestling,
She is the current Impact Knockout World Champion and is in her fifth reign with that title.
During her time in WWE, Mickie James would be a five-time WWE Women’s Champion and a WWE Divas Champion.
Mone, as Sasha Banks, was a five-time WWE Raw Women’s Champion and was a three-time WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion, SmackDown Women’s Champion, Raw Women’s Champion and NXT Women’s Champion.
Mercedes Mone is set to fair KAIRI at NJPW Battle In The Valley event on February 18 for the IWGP Women’s Championship.
This will mark Mone’s in-ring debut for NJPW, having first appeared at Wrestle Kingdom 17 in January 2023.
