WWE Star Reacts To Ring Name Being Misspelled

Former Intercontinental Champion Sami Zayn has hilariously reacted to a WWE brand spelling his name incorrectly.

With the popular star wrestling as Sami Zayn in WWE since March 2013, fans have had over 11 years to learn how to spell his ring name.

The WWE Games Twitter account made an unfortunate typo during their latest post about WWE 2K24’s MyFaction mode, which caught the attention of Sami himself.

WWE Games took to social media to share that fans can earn the Big Poppa Pump Scott Steiner MyFaction card by defeating Gunther using “Sami Zane” in this mode.

Zayn has since replied to this tweet, writing:

That’s cool. I can’t wait to play as Cody Roads and Roman Rains.

WWE Games responded:

😅 We see what you did there

Zayn’s most recent televised match saw him unsuccessfully challenge for Bron Breakker’s Intercontinental Title in a 2/3 falls match on the August 12 Raw episode.

Breakker had won the gold from Zayn at SummerSlam.

Bron Breakker will next defend the gold against Jey Uso on next week’s Raw episode.
