According to the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) WWE has filed for numerous Nikki Cross related trademarks.
WWE has filed to trademark “NIKKIASH”, “NIKKI AASH” and “NIKKI ASHE”. According to the USPTO, each respective filing has been made for the category of “entertainment services”, namely wrestling exhibitions.

Since the June 28 episode of Raw, Nikki Cross has been referred to as “Nikki A.S.H”, her new surname an acronym for “Almost a Super-Hero”.
As of writing (July 7), she is still listed as Nikki Cross on WWE.com. WWE previously filed to trademark “NIKKI A.S.H”.
