Former WWE star MVP recently made his AEW Dynamite debut and has now commented on his appearance and what it may mean.
The September 25 episode of AEW Dynamite saw MVP interrupt Prince Nana and make an offer to the absent Swerve Strickland.
Footage from the debut can be seen below this news story with Strickland sharing a somewhat cryptic post in response.
MVP has opened up about his AEW debut and future in a video on Instagram, saying:
“Cat’s out of the bag. By now I’m sure many of you know – and if you don’t, you’re about to find out – that I’ve embarked on an exciting new chapter for my professional wrestling career.
“And I’m excited because this new chapter is quite possibly the final chapter. And I’ve got some really cool things in store.
“So if you’ve been a fan of mine for this long, come hang out for just a little bit longer.
“Same MVP, just conducting business in a new location. MVP is AEW. See you next week.”
MVP’s WWE contract expired in early August 2024 with the former United States Champion entering free agency.
With Bobby Lashley also having left WWE, MVP has recently discussed the possibility of The Hurt Business re-forming.
