A current WWE name has confirmed their status for the upcoming WWE Raw move to Netflix starting on January 6, 2025.
WWE recently made some changes to their commentary teams, with Michael Cole and Corey Graves moving from Raw to SmackDown for it’s move to the USA Network, with Joe Tessitore debuting on Raw alongside Wade Barrett.
However, it was reported prior to the switch that the change would only be temporary, with Michael Cole and Corey Graves expected to return to Raw as the announce team beginning with the show’s move to Netflix on January 6.
It had been announced in August ahead of WWE SummerSlam that Cole had signed a new long-term extension with the company, and he has now confirmed that is the case.
Speaking to WFAN, Michael Cole confirmed that he signed a long-term extension with the company, as well as confirming that he will be returning to Raw for the move to Netflix.
He said:
“I still feel like I have a lot left in me. I just signed a long-term deal with the company, I’ll be doing this for a few more years. I’ll be back on Netflix doing Monday Night Raw in January.”
