With multiple independent wrestling companies taking over Los Angeles last weekend, a lot of shows took place.
Recently, WWE has softened their policy in regards to signing independent talent, such as Dragon Lee recently making his in-ring debut for the NXT brand.
One of the top events of the weekend was Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport, and that event was also on WWE’s radar.
Per Fightful Select (subscription required), Gabe Sapolsky was present at the show scouting for WWE.
Fightful has since learned that he has also been present at several GCW shows.
