A new WWE hire has been confirmed in a new report, with the name signing with the company following a tryout appearance earlier this year.
WWE has made numerous notable signings this year, with several stars joining the Performance Center, and the likes of Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa and Jacob Fatu arriving on the main roster.
Mike Johnson of PWInsider now reports that Victoria D’Errico has signed with WWE, and will serve as a referee on the WWE NXT brand.
D’Errico participated in April’s WrestleMania week WWE tryout in Philadelphia. She shared photos from the tryout to Instagram on April 15 with the caption:
Insane experience with these superhumans, thank you @wwe 😘✌️
D’Errico has a background in boxing, with the Providence College School of Business graduate previously holding the RNR Women’s Lightweight Championship.
Hikuleo is another WWE signing yet to make his debut for the promotion, following finishing up with NJPW in June.
With Hikuleo related to Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa, it has been heavily speculated that he will join the ongoing Bloodline storyline.
