New WWE Ring Name Revealed

A new WWE trademark filing has seemingly revealed the planned ring name of a star within the company.

Per USPTO, a trademark application was made on January 24, 2024 for ‘Kendal Grey’, which seems to suggest a WWE star is set to be given the name in the near future.

The filing for Kendal Grey was made under the primary classes: Miscellaneous; Advertising and Business; and Education and Entertainment.

KENDAL GREY™ trademark registration is intended to cover the categories of entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibitions and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer rendered and through broadcast media including television and radio, and via the internet or commercial online service; providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; providing information in the fields of sports and entertainment via an online community portal; providing a website in the field of sports entertainment information; fan club services, namely, organizing sporting events in the field of wrestling for wrestling fan club members; organizing social entertainment events for entertainment purposes for wrestling fan club members; providing online newsletters in the fields of sports entertainment; online journals, namely blogs, in the field of sports entertainment.

It’s not currently known who WWE plan to give the name Kendal Grey too, however, this does follow other recent trademark filings for new female NXT talent so perhaps this could be another instance of that.
