A new WWE show name has potentially been revealed, with a certain term being trademarked with the United States Patent & Trademark Office.
On June 20, WWE filed to trademark the term “WWE Late Night.”
Per the USPTO filing, WWE intends for this trademark to cover use surrounding the category of “entertainment services.”
The following description accompanied the filing:
Entertainment services, namely, hosting and producing live comedic performances;
entertainment services, namely, hosting and producing live entertainment shows; arranging and conducting entertainment events; providing a website in the field of entertainment
WWE’s plans for the trademarked term are currently unclear.
WWE is currently building to Night of Champions, which will take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on June 28.
Shortly following this, the company will hold some big shows in Atlanta, Georgia, with Goldberg set to face GUNTHER in his final match on July 12 at Saturday Night’s Main Event.
The all-women’s Evolution premium live event will take place one night later on July 13.
A Hall of Famer has expressed interest in returning to the ring at Evolution, which you can read more about right here.
