Nia Jax Names WWE Star She’s Learning A Lot From

Nia Jax has praised fellow the inaugural WWE Women’s Speed Champion Candice LeRae noting she “takes notes” watching her work.

LeRae and Jax have previously teamed together with their most recent outing seeing them join Liv Morgan to defeat Bianca Belair, Naomi and Rhea Ripley on the January 24, 2025, episode of WWE SmackDown.

With the pair in a partnership, Jax was recently asked how the alliance came about in an interview with TV Insider.

Jax would share her thoughts on LeRae, saying the star “doesn’t get enough flowers” before revealing how they came together, saying:

“She is one of the best women’s wrestlers in the world. She doesn’t get enough flowers.

“I saw an opportunity to bring in one of the most talented wrestlers in the world. I thought, “Why not?”

“I could learn so much from her. She has given me so many pointers. I watch her work and take notes and think she is incredible.”

Following her WWE Women’s Speed Championship win, Candice LeRae was praised by Triple H.

Jax lost the WWE Women’s Championship to Tiffany Stratton on the January 3, 2025 episode of SmackDown.

Recently, Jax broke character to discuss Stratton’s Money in the Bank cash-in success after weeks of teasing the moment.
