Which Match Will Open WWE Night Of Champions 2023 Revealed WWE

The opening match of WWE Night of Champions 2023 has reportedly been revealed, ahead of the Jeddah, Saudi Arabia show.

With a ‘triple main event’ billed for the show, the May 27 premium live event will feature a number of important matches.

One of the planned bouts will see Seth Rollins and AJ Styles face off in the tournament finals for the new World Heavyweight Championship.

Per PWInsider Elite (via Wrestle Purists), the World Heavyweight Title bout will open the show.

While Seth Rollins has been the favourite to win this match since qualifying for it, previous reports indicated that there were concerns surrounding Rollins winning the title, with the Visionary recently having to miss WWE shows to film for the Captain America: New World Order movie.

World Heavyweight Championship – Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins vs. AJ Styles

Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship – Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn (c) vs. Roman Reigns & Solo Sikoa

Raw Women’s Championship – Bianca Belair (c) vs. Asuka

SmackDown Women’s Championship – Rhea Ripley (c) vs. Natalya

Intercontinental Championship – Gunther (c) vs. Mustafa Ali

Cody Rhodes vs. Brock Lesnar

Becky Lynch vs. Trish Stratus
