No Heat On WWE Name Following Raw Mistake

No Heat On WWE Name Following Raw Mistake WWE

Following the July 8 Monday Night Raw, a new report has revealed that there is no heat from WWE on Pat McAfee for his mistake.

On the July 8 edition of WWE Raw, Ilja Dragunov defeated Bron Breakker via disqualification after Breakker threw one of the announcer chairs at Dragunov’s head.

Post match, Intercontinental Champion Sami Zayn came down to get a measure of revenge after an earlier attack from Bron, but Breakker laid out both men to stand tall.

During the contest, WWE Raw commentator Pat McAfee called Breakker a “Brick s*** house” on air, which Michael Cole responded to.

Fightful Select (subscription required) provided an update, noting that there wasn’t any heat on McAfee for his line about Bron Breakker backstage.

The report notes that there was some laughs and a “can’t wait for Netflix” line in the Gorilla position.

WWE Raw will move over to Netflix starting in January 2025 where Triple H has already confirmed the company will have looser restrictions on language.

Bron Breakker mentioned the Steiner name in a promo on Sami Zayn following Monday Night Raw, which you can read here.
