Tatum Paxley Addresses Big Changes To WWE NXT

WWE NXT star Tatum Paxley addressed all the recent changes to the show recently with main roster call-ups and other departures.

The start of 2026 has seen the likes of Trick Williams, Oba Femi, Lash Legend, Je’Von Evans and Jordynne Grace all become prominent names on the WWE main roster after being called up from NXT.

There was also a change in the General Manager position following the departure of Ava, with Robert Stone stepping into that role.

In an interview with Going Ringside, former NXT Women’s Champion Tatum Paxley has shared her thought on all the changes, saying:

“There has been so much change, but change is what’s fun. Change is what’s good.

“And all of those people that you just named, they’re doing so well up there (on the main roster), and it’s so deserving. Especially seeing someone like Lash Legend – I love Lash Legend, I am rooting for her all the way, I think she is killing it up there.

“But that’s the fun part about what we do. It is constantly changing.

“And I think sometimes people think, ‘Oh, we’ve lost this and that, what are we gonna do?’ And NXT goes, ‘I’ll show you what we’re gonna do – we’re gonna have a whole new thing that you never expected,’ and we just carry on like that.

“We have so much talent here, it’s never gonna die out. We’re constantly gonna get better, we’re constantly gonna lose people and we’re constantly gonna gain people, and I just think it’s so cool and so fun.”

Tatum Paxley’s Thoughts On Blake Monroe

Tatum Paxley was also asked in the same interview for her thoughts on Blake Monroe. She said:

“Even before she was here in NXT, she was always somebody that I just felt like… I feel like I would just really get along with her.

“I think our minds are in different places. I think we have different mindsets. But we’re both very weird in similar ways.

“I would love the opportunity to just talk with her and see how we vibe, how we get together.

“I’ve always been very intrigued by Blake Monroe – as many of us are.”
