Ahead of the September 24 episode, details on the WWE NXT CW launch press conferences have been revealed.
On the September 24 edition of WWE NXT, the company has announced there will be press conferences for the top matches for The CW Network launch episode on October 1.
WWE posted details on the press conferences on this Tuesday’s show ahead of the episode. The post reads:
The Superstars that will compete in matches on next week’s special premiere episode on the CW will appear at a press conference live on NXT.
Don’t miss NXT Champion Ethan Page, NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez, Trick Williams, Giulia, Wes Lee and Zach Wentz all in the ring together live TONIGHT at 8/7 C on USA.
The CW launch episode will feature Ethan Page defending the NXT Championship against Trick Williams with CM Punk as the special guest referee and Giulia will challenge Roxanne Perez for the NXT Women’s Championship.
Meanwhile, Wes Lee will face his former MSK tag team partner and TNA Wrestling star Zachary Wentz in a Street Fight.
