In the main event segment of tonight’s NXT, one of WWE’s newest signings made their first television appearance.
To end tonight’s September 24 episode of WWE NXT, there was a “press conference” segment featuring questions for both Roxanne Perez and Giulia ahead of their title match.
Next week, Roxanne Perez will put her NXT Women’s Championship on the line against Giulia on the CW premiere show in Chicago.
However, a surprise question came from the big screen as Stephanie Vaquer appeared – noted as “via satellite” in San Fernando, Chile – and asked both Giulia and Roxanne Perez the following:
“My question is, what are you going to do when you have me waiting on the other side of your NXT Women’s Championship match?”
To end the show, Vic Joseph on commentary noted that the best women’s wrestlers in the world are lining up for a chance at the NXT Women’s Championship.
Tonight’s broadcast was the final episode NXT on the USA Network as next week the show moves to a new home, The CW.
Elsewhere tonight, CM Punk made an appearance where he explained exactly how he plans on calling the match next week in Chicago as special guest referee.
Punk will be the referee for the match between NXT Champion ‘All Ego’ Ethan Page and Trick Williams on next week’s CW debut show.
