NXT stars Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson have explained why they cost Damage CTRL their Women’s Tag Team Championship match on WWE Raw.
After challenging for Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill’s gold on the October 11 SmackDown episode, the NXT stars showed up on Monday’s (October 14) Raw episode to watch Damage CTRL challenge for the title.
Jackson and Legend ultimately influenced the finish of the match, with the duo striking IYO SKY, leading to Bianca Belair hitting SKY with a KOD for the win.
Speaking in a WWE Digital Exclusive interview, Jackson and Legend noted that they intend to take out anyone in their way to the Women’s Tag Team Championship.
Noting that they aren’t finished with Belair and Cargill, they said:
Legend: “Let me just go ahead and tell you. We’re not done with the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Jade and Bianca.”
Jackson: “We have our eyes on the prize and that’s it.”
Legend: “Whoever wants to get in our way, Damage Control, we’ll go through them too, okay?”

While Legend and Jackson did come up short on SmackDown, Belair and Cargill only picked up the victory following interference from Chelsea Green and Piper Niven.
Chelsea Green has revealed that she is now filming for a TV series which you can read more about right here.
