Top WWE NXT Star Addresses Main Roster Call-Up: ‘I’m Going To Get All The Experience I Can’

A top WWE NXT star has addressed a potential main roster call-up, saying she’s trying to “get all the experience she can” until that time comes.

After making her name in the world of mixed martial arts, Lola Vice made the transition to pro wrestling seamlessly in 2022, and almost four years on from her in-ring debut, appears set to be one of WWE’s top female stars for years to come.

With her first NXT Women’s Title reign now behind her, fans are naturally speculating when Vice may make the jump to Raw or SmackDown.

Speaking with Pro Wrestling & MMA Interviews, Vice was asked how she perseveres in her pro wrestling journey, with the 27-year-old stressing the importance of making sure she thinks “big picture”:

“I just think it’s constantly believing in myself and knowing how prepared I am to be in these positions, but also thinking big picture right?

“Everything I do in this ring, is just more experience for the day that I make it up there. So it’s just thinking big picture.

“I’m going to get all the experience I can, whether’s it’s NXT or AAA, so that when I get up there I’m the best version of Lola Vice.”

Further discussing her growth as a performer and as a person, Vice said she feels like a “completely different person” now in WWE, compared to when she was doing MMA:

“I just feel I’m a completely different person than I was when I was in MMA.

“WWE has taught me so many life skills and has taught me so many things about myself, good things and bad things that I had to face and overcome and work on as a performer and as a woman.

“But definitely, I have matured so much with the WWE. I feel like I’ve grown so much as a performer and if there’s one thing that’s the same about me is that I have the same work ethic I had my whole life, but now I’m more confident in myself than ever and I believe that all my dreams are coming true and I’m living my destiny.”

Lola Vice Looks Back At Crowning WWE NXT Moment

After over three years on the WWE NXT roster, and several failed attempts to win gold beforehand, Lola Vice reached the top of the brand at NXT Stand & Deliver when she defeated Jacy Jayne and Kendal Grey to win her first NXT Women’s Title.

During the same interview, which was recorded before Vice lost her title to Kendal Grey at Great American Bash, she looked back at her crowning moment.

Vice said:

“I was so nervous. I was so nervous. But I had my Cuban flag on and I knew I was going to do whatever it took to win that title that day because it was long overdue for me.

“I was able to make it happen and knock out Jacy Jayne baby.”
