WWE NXT Star ‘Confident’ Main Roster Call-Up Is ‘Soon’

A WWE NXT star has revealed that they are ‘very confident’ that a main roster call-up is coming up ‘sometime soon’.

After having recently dropped the WWE NXT Championship, Trick Williams believes “there’s not much better than the Trick Williams experience” as NXT goes.

Chatting on Tailgate Talks with DiMarco and Garcia, Trick Williams commented on his future plans as the hosts wondered about his potential call-up to the main roster.

Trick Williams said of his confidence that a call-up was coming:

“I’m very confident. I think it has to be soon. I’ve been very blessed, very fortunate. For the career that I wish I had in football, I got it tenfold with my wrestling career. I’m grateful for that.

As it comes to NXT, there is not much better than the Trick Williams experience as NXT goes. With that being said, I would like to think the main roster call to be sometime soon,”

The two-time Champion Trick Williams held the NXT title most recently for 98 days before losing it to Oba Femi at NXT New Year’s Evil.

While a rematch between the two has not been announced, Tuesday’s NXT did feature a stare down between them.
