Another WWE NXT Star Set For Main Roster Call Up

Following the conclusion of the 2024 WWE Draft, a new report has revealed another WWE NXT star set for a main roster call up.

On the April 26 edition of SmackDown, the 2024 WWE Draft kicked off with former NXT Champion Carmelo Hayes being selected as a first round pick for SmackDown.

Meanwhile, NXT’s Kiana James was selected by Monday Night Raw. The call ups from the developmental brand continued on the second night of the Draft.

On the April 29 episode of WWE Raw, Ilja Dragunov, Lyra Valkyria and Dijak were all selected from NXT to the Raw brand. Meanwhile, Blair Davenport was selected to SmackDown.

According to a new report from PWInsider (via Wrestlingnews.co), another NXT star in Joe Gacy is also set to get his main roster call up very soon.

The report notes that Gacy was spotted at WWE Headquarters in Connecticut earlier this week and that this was in relation to a main roster call up.

Joe Gacy signed with WWE in 2020 and has been a prominent member of the NXT roster since then.

Gacy last wrestled in a win over Shawn Spears at NXT Stand & Deliver 2024.
