WWE NXT and AEW Dynamite are set to go head to head for the first time in 18 months tonight (October 18), with AEW moving from it’s regular Wednesday slot to Tuesday for one week.
With the “Tuesday Night Wars” alive, WWE has made sure to stack the NXT card, including multiple matches featuring main roster WWE talent.
Three women’s matches; Alba Fyre vs Sonya Deville, Roxanne Perez vs Rhea Ripley and Raquel Rodriguez vs Cora Jade, will feature main roster talent, as well as the six-man tag team match pitting Joe Gacy and the Dyad against Cameron Grimes, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson.
To recruit the Good Brothers onto his side, Grimes made a trip over to Raw to find his partners, where he featured on the show in a backstage segment with AJ Styles and the OC.
Per PWInsider, despite Grimes still being a part of the NXT roster, there has been a lot of talk about Grimes may be making additional appearances on Raw in the coming weeks.
