WWE NXT Stars Set For Match On SmackDown Amid Call Up Speculation

Two WWE NXT stars are set to be in action on tonight’s episode of SmackDown amid speculation of a main roster call up.

With WrestleMania 41 now in the rear view mirror, we are set for the first episode of SmackDown following the show, which could see a number of big debuts take place.

NXT also held it’s biggest show of the year last week, which saw a title change, with Hank Walker and Tank Ledger scoring the victory over Fraxiom, winning the NXT Tag Team Championship for the first time.

Following the show, there has been a lot of speculation regarding Fraxiom’s future in NXT, with both Axiom and Nathan Frazer teasing earlier today that they were backstage at tonight’s SmackDown show.

Since those teases, WWE has now made it official that Fraxiom will be in action on tonight’s show, taking on Los Garza in tag team action.

This won’t be the only tag team match on the show, with the WWE Tag Team Championship set to be defended in a three-way TLC match on the show, with the Street Profits defending against the Motor City Machine Guns and DIY.

The show will also feature appearances from John Cena and Cody Rhodes.
