In a bizarre state of affairs, WWE seemingly accidentally announced via an advert that only aired on Canadian TV, that the 2019 Superstar Shake-Up would be taking place in April.
But now, in the least shocking news of the month, we can reveal that WWE has now officially announced the shake-up for April 15 and 16.

For anyone unaware, the Superstar Shake-Up is the one night of the year that Raw and SmackDown (and all other brands) go head to head in direct up-shaking. Raw stars will move to SmackDown Live, NXT stars will move to Raw, but it’s the “international” branding that’s got people talking.
Now that WWE has NXT UK and seems to be in the process of expanding to Japan, Germany and India among other places, could we see some of the UK guys and girls make their way across the pond?
The seemingly obvious choices would be Pete Dunne and Rhea Ripley, and not just because they have the same haircut.
Dunne has been WWE UK Champion for over 600 days now, and his recent appearance in the Royal Rumble, in which Michael Cole put him over as a future WWE Champion, shows that the company is very high on him. If he drops the belt to WALTER at the WrestleMania weekend TakeOver show, it would allow for a move to the main roster in the shake-up.
Ripley is also someone WWE seem keen on pushing. Her physique and strength is something the main roster is lacking, so a move to the main roster is definitely out of the question.
Who do you think should move in the shake-up? Let us know in the comments!
