WWE Star ‘Greater Attraction Than Andre The Giant’ Says Hall Of Famer WWE

A WWE Hall of Famer has named the superstar who he believes has “more upside” than the legendary Andre the Giant.

Brian “Road Dogg” James made the statement on a recent episode of the Oh… You Didn’t Know podcast.

Speaking on the episode about the 2018 Greatest Royal Rumble in Saudi Arabia, the WWE Executive looked at the upside of Omos, saying:

“I think no matter what you do with Omos, no matter what happened at WrestleMania, no matter what you do, Omos can walk into any arena in any city in the world and everybody in there will be in awe because I think he is that kind of an attraction.”

He would then go on to compare Omos’ potential to that of Andre the Giant and Big Show, adding:

“He has more upside, to me, in my mind, and I know times are different and things are different, than Andre, than Big Show, than all these guys.

“Big Show is a great athlete. To be as big as he was and drop-kicking and, going to the top rope, Big Show is an incredible athlete.

“This guy is the same kind of athlete. He’s a really good athlete at that size. It’s really uncommon and it’s really cool to see.

“He’s really huge. I didn’t look at Big Show like I look at this guy. He’s just so tall and so high above me when you’re standing there talking to him.”

Andre the Giant passed away in January 1993 at the age of 46 and was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame that year.

The Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal has been a regular fixture in WWE since WrestleMania XXX in 2014.

With the first night of the WWE Draft taking place on the April 28 episode of SmackDown, Omos’ future brand allegiance will be decided tonight.

On May 6 2023, Omos will face Seth Rollins at WWE Backlash in Puerto Rico.
