WWE Star To Miss Raw November 7

WWE Raw star Omos is set to miss Monday’s (November 7) edition of Monday Night Raw, following WWE Crown Jewel.

At the November 5 premium live event in Saudi Arabia, Omos faced Braun Strowman in a super-heavyweight battle. Strowman was ultimately victorious, pinning Omos after a huge powerslam.

TMZ has now shared a video of Omos surprising his family in Nigeria following his special attraction bout. According to TMZ, this marked the first time Omos had visited home in 14 years.

PWInsider has reported that both Omos and Apollo Crews are currently in Nigeria to film content for a talent search series which will air locally.

During the WWE Q3 2022 earnings call, co-CEO Nick Khan confirmed that the company would be doing a ‘localized’ talent search in Africa.

Omos has reportedly been receiving praise backstage following recent performances, including his Crown Jewel bout.

Braun Strowman has sparked outrage following his Crown Jewel victory with a controversial tweet mocking Dave Meltzer’s five-star rating and ‘floppy floppers’.

Several notable names took issue with Strowman’s comments, including WWE’s Mustafa Ali and NJPW star Will Ospreay.
