WWE Only Has One Women’s Tag Team Left After WWE Draft

If you watched the whole WWE Draft including the draft picks which were made on Raw Talk last night, you may have spotted that WWE seemed to be slowly dismantling its own women’s tag division.

Natalya and Tamina were split up, Tegan Nox and Shotzi Blackheart were split up, and Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler broke up a few weeks ago, which leaves WWE with just one tag team on the main roster.

That tag team is of course the Women’s Tag Team Champions Nikki A.S.H and Rhea Ripley, who can now call themselves the best tag team on the main roster by default.

This may mean that the duo has to venture to NXT to find some challengers, or more likely we’ll get a bunch of random tag team pairings. Maybe Liv Morgan can team with Dana Brooke, I’m sure they can be storyline best friends or something.

Unfortunately since it was introduced, the women’s tag division has been largely neglected, with the belts not given any real prestige. The latest evidence for this being Natalya and Tamina endlessly losing non-title matches before eventually dropping the belts to Rhea and Nikki.

Suggest your new women’s tag teams in the comments.
