WWE Parent Company New Logo Revealed

WWE Parent Company New Logo Revealed WWE

TKO Group Holdings, the parent company of WWE, has now revealed a new logo alongside their first quarter earnings for 2025.

When WWE was sold to Endeavor back in 2023, it did so as part of a merger with the Endeavor-owned UFC, with the two companies coming together under one parent company; TKO Group Holdings.

The takeover was officially finalised in September 2023, with the company undergoing a number of behind the scenes cuts following the merger as WWE’s prior employees were merged with Endeavor’s.

Today, TKO held it’s earnings review for the first quarter of 2025, and in doing so, unveiled a new version of the company’s logo, which you can see below.

TKO initially had a green logo, before changing to a silver logo, and finally onto the current flat logo in the image below.

Some notes on the earnings for Q1 via Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics:

WWE’s Q1 revenue was up in all four reported segments, totaling $391.5 million, up from $316.7 million the prior year. Profitability for WWE measured with custom adjust EBITDA metric was up 38%: $193.9 million, up from last year’s $140.2 million.

Net income for all of TKO was $165.5 million, up from net loss of $234.5 million last year, which was so negative last year because of the $335 million UFC antitrust settlement.
