A WWE star has sent out a passionate message to her doubters and detractors as she continues to recover from injury.

In August 2025, NXT’s Adriana Rizzo confirmed that she had suffered a torn ACL and meniscus.

This came after she’d suffered a torn ACL in 2023 and a partially torn ACL four months after that – which she had been working on until the 2025 tear.

Documenting her road to recovery, Rizzo has posted her latest video on social media, specifically aimed at those who have labeled her as injury prone.

The video – which you can see below – is set to a remix of La Roux’s Bulletproof and features a compilation of some of the messages and sentiments she’s received, including:

“Should just retire. Always injured.”

“Unreliable. Always getting hurt.”

“Career plagued by injuries. What’s new?”

“Constantly hurt. What’s the point?”

“Never fit to compete. Waste of a spot.”

“Supposed to be about toughness? You’re always hurt.”

Along with the video showing the work she’s putting in to recover, she also included the caption:

I’ve heard the doubts. I’ve felt the setbacks. I’ve lived the rehab no one sees.

Three years of injuries. Multiple surgeries. Agonizing rebuilds.

But here’s what I know — every time I’m knocked down, I rise different.

Don’t worry. I’m on the comeback. 💪🏻

Rizzo had been a member of the D’Angelo Family in WWE NXT with Tony D’Angelo, Channing ‘Stacks’ Lorenzo and Luca Crusifino up until the group’s split last year.

Crusifino shared a reunion photo with Rizzo and Lorenzo as they attended the wedding of Kale Dixon and Summer Sorrell last week.

We continue to wish Rizzo all the best with her recovery.
