After earlier news from the WWE event at Netflix HQ on Pat McAfee returning to Raw for the move to Netflix, McAfee himself has commented.
While the current announce team lineup on Raw consists of Joe Tessitore and Wade Barrett, Triple H revealed that the team of Pat McAfee and Michael Cole would be back together for Netflix on January 6.
Pat McAfee reacted to the news being made official, tweeting:
An absolute honor to be asked back.
A Childhood dream realized every single time I’m lucky enough to be in an arena with the @WWE Universe.
Can’t wait to be talking into a microphone next to @MichaelCole again.. He’s the 🐐.
I’m excited to tell the worldwide audience on Netflix how great the WWE Superstars are…. and how big of scumbags some of ‘em are too.
