WWE Star Discusses Major Potential Presentation Change WWE

A WWE star renowned for he is opened to the potential of undergoing a major presentation change in the future.

With close to two decades in the wrestling business, Penta has always been a masked wrestler, embodying the tradition of the Luchador.

Signed to WWE and having had his debut at the January 6, 2025, Raw on Netflix premiere, the star was recently asked about dropping the iconic mask.

Speaking on WWE – Die Woche, Penta revealed that he was open to the idea in the future, saying:

“This is a good question. In the present, no. I don’t know, 10 years or (more, I could).

“Definitely, I like it (when it’s), maybe mask vs. mask, mask vs. hair, or mask vs. something, you know? (It has to be) Something special.”

As for who he could face in this special moment, Penta asked the host who he guessed he would name.

With Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee both being suggested, Penta would reject both names, going on to agree when the host named Rey Fenix, stating:

“This is my dream match. Penta vs. Fenix, mask vs. mask.

“I don’t know when (it will happen). Maybe only in my mind it happens, but maybe in 10 years or 15 years, it is possible.”

Rey Fenix debuted in WWE on the April 4 episode of SmackDown, while his brother competes on Raw.

It was recently reported that a reunion of the brothers could happen, with a source “associated with the creative” in WWE noting that they were both capable of generating buzz as singles stars, making it a big moment whenever they do reunite.

Both Penta and Fenix made their WrestleMania debuts at the April 19 & 20 WWE Premium Live Event, with Penta competing in the Intercontinental Championship four-way bout, and Fenix replacing an injured Rey Mysterio against El Grande Americano.
