WWE Planning To Implement New Ranking System? WWE

WWE is reportedly planning on introducing a brand new ranking system, something no other wrestling company has ever done…cough.

In a recent survey sent out to members of the WWE Universe, WWE asked several questions, including whether fans would be interested in seeing some kind of new ranking system.

PWInsider reports the following questions were asked:

  • How many times a month a recipient watches Raw, Smackdown and NXT
  • How often they attend Live Events and watch Premium events
  • Whether the fan is interested in NFTs
  • Would they like to see a wrestler raking system
  • If the fan is interested in “real behind-the-scenes workings at WWE”
  • Which Social Media platforms the fan uses to follow WWE

WWE has used a “power rankings” system before, but it didn’t last very long, and no-one really seemed to care about it, so we’ll see if there’s more interest in a new system if it is implemented.

AEW does of course have its own ranking system, and no doubt fans will endlessly point this out. Two promotions can have the same thing. This is allowed.
