WWE has run Tribute to the Troops shows for nearly twenty years now, and we now have more information regarding the plans for this year’s show.
In recent years, WWE has taped Tribute to the Troops after an episode of SmackDown, with it airing a few weeks later.
Per WrestleVotes, this year’s edition of Tribute to the Troops is set to coincide with the SmackDown show on December 8 from Providence, Rhode Island.
WrestleVotes also noted that the show is ‘likely’ to be a post show taping as it has been in the prior years, but that’s not been confirmed.

Last year’s edition of the event saw Sheamus, Ricochet and Drew McIntyre defeat Gunther, Ludwig Kaiser and Giovanni Vinci of Imperium, as well as Braun Strowman defeating LA Knight.
