International fans in two territories will be able to enjoy WWE Premium Live Events on a different platform from next month.
As previously reported, fans in Germany and Japan will see WWE PLEs head to Netflix from April 1.
An official announcement has now confirmed that WWE fans in Germany and Austria will be able to catch all WWE Premium Live Events on Netflix from April 1.
In a post on the official WWE Deutschland Twitter account (translated to English by Grok), it was stated:
“It’s official! Starting in April, WWE Premium Live Events will be available live in Germany and Austria on @NetflixDE! 🤩🔥
“The PLEs will, of course, also be available with German commentary and will then be on demand.”
A follow up post would see RhiYO (Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY) comment on the announcement, with Ripley saying:
“Hello, Deutschland. You wanna know where you can watch WrestleMania? Well, I think IYO has the answer.”
SKY would, indeed, have the answer, confirming it was the streaming platform, stating:
“Netflix”
WrestleMania 42 takes place on April 18 & 19 at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada, with the card for the upcoming two-night WWE PLE right here.
For fans of All Elite Wrestling, it was recently reported that the MyAEW platform would serve programming to subscribers outside of the United States and Canada.
