Potential New WWE Signing Revealed

Following the recent NOAH The New Year event, a new report has revealed a potential new WWE signing in El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr.

On the January 13 edition of WWE Raw on Netflix, former AEW star Penta made his long awaited debut with the company by picking up a win over Chad Gable.

After this successful arrival for Penta, it looks like another international known star might be on their way to WWE.

Per Dr. Chris Featherstone on Sportskeeda’s Backstage Pass, WWE are reportedly in talks with former GHC Heavyweight Champion El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. to sign the star.

There is currently no word on how far along or advanced those talks have gone with El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. at the time of this writing, but fans have pointed to his recent social activity as another clue he could be WWE-bound.

El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. is finishing his deal with Pro Wrestling NOAH and recently announced that he is a free agent.

Debuting for Pro Wrestling NOAH in 2019, the son of Dr. Wagner Jr. held the GHC Heavyweight Championship for 90 days, the GHC Tag Team Championships on two occasions and the GHC National Championship for 352 days.
