WWE Potentially Teasing Return Match For Brian Kendrick?

WWE may be teasing a potential return to the ring for former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Brian Kendrick on NXT 2.0.

On tonight’s (December 14) episode of NXT 2.0, Harland made his long awaited in-ring debut, defeating Guru Raaj. After the match Harland continued the assault on Raaj until Joe Gacy ordered him to stop.

Later in the show, Gacy and Harland were confronted by NXT trainers, including Kendrick. Harland grabbed Kendrick by the throat and tossed him down a flight of stairs.

Later in the show, WWE showed Kendrick being tended to by the medical team, implying that Kendrick’s involvement may not be a one off, and he could return for a match against Harland and/or Gacy in the future.
