WWE Star Praised For Being A ‘Wrestler’s Wrestler’ WWE

WWE Senior Vice President of Live Events Road Dogg has praised Cameron Grimes, calling him a special talent.

Grimes was called up to the main roster during the 2023 WWE Draft, following his run in NXT.

Speaking on his Oh You Didn’t Know podcast, Road Dogg was asked if he had any funny stories about Grimes, who he previously worked with.

Comparing the former NXT North American Champion to his decorated brother, Road Dogg said:

“I don’t have really funny stories, but Cameron Grimes is one of the funniest things. Just to be able to work on that character and work closely with him.

“What a wrestler’s wrestler he is. He is the Brad Armstrong of the new generation.

“Brad probably could keep up with these guys, but Trevor really is that good in the ring. He’s a special talent.”

Grimes most recently wrestled on the November 17 edition of SmackDown, losing to Grayson Waller in singles action.

Waller has now shared a message for SmackDown general manager Nick Aldis following the events of this Friday’s show.
