An update has emerged on a big change to a Hollywood talent agency which will likely affect a number of WWE stars.
As we’ve covered, a number of WWE names have recently signed with Paradigm Talent Agency, including CM Punk, Liv Morgan and Tiffany Stratton.
While these were stars that has previously expressed interest in continuing their acting careers, Paradigm has now opened up a new sports division.
As exclusively revealed by Deadline, Paradigm has announced the launch of The Sports Group, which was described as “a dedicated, all-encompassing division established to represent a roster of elite athletes and iconic teams.”
Per the report, this group will help to “mine best-in-class opportunities” for clients, with examples given including helping athletes transition from sports to the entertainment industry, and helping to develop brand partnerships.
A number of WWE stars were named as part of the client roster for the Sports Group, with it noted that 10 more WWE stars not named in the article are also involved with the agency.
Deadline wrote:
The Sports Group’s client roster includes Tyson, Aaron Donald, Reggie Bush, Drew Bledsoe (coming off Netflix’s hit Roast of Tom Brady), CM Punk, Drew McIntyre, Damian Priest, Liv Morgan, Tiffany Stratton and 10 of the WWE’s other stars, the late Jerry West, Gilbert Arenas, Sean Avery, the Savannah Bananas, UFC’s Jorge Masvidal, AEW’s Miro, renowned basketball trainer “The Hoops Whisperer” Idan Ravin, and high-wire artists Nik and Lijana Wallenda.
The report also noted that Nattie Neidhart (Natalya), Tiffany Stratton, and Montez Ford will be featured in upcoming projects dealt with by the Sports Group’s publishing division.
“AEW’s Miro” was also listed as a client.
