Two WWE PLE Qualifying Matches Confirmed

A pair of WWE qualifying matches for an upcoming premium live event match have been announced for the coming week.

NXT general manager Ava appeared on TV this week to confirm the upcoming NXT premium live event, Deadline.

Now she has taken to social media to reveal two matches for this week’s NXT to serve as the first qualifying matches for the Iron Survivor Challenge matches.

In the first men’s qualifying match, Wes Lee will take on Cedric Alexander.

In women’s division action, Cora Jade will be facing Sol Ruca to determine which of them will be the first to advance to the unique Iron Survivor match.

The Iron Survivor Challenge is a 25-minute match starting with two wrestlers and adding another every five minutes until the fifth and final entrant joins at the 15 minute mark.

With ten minutes remaining, the goal of the entire match is to capture the most points via pinfall or submission, but if someone suffers a fall, they’re ruled out of action and locked in a pod for a period of time before they can re-enter.
